About Me
I was born in a family of yogis/psychologists, so growing up with a mother standing on her head and a father breathing rather strangely, was normal. I started practicing yoga early in life, later, when I was about seventeen, I got into it from a philosophical and psychological perspective; however, it was in my early twenties, when my interest in eastern spirituality deepened, and I started to get an insight into human ego condition.
One day, while reading a book on spirituality, I got to have a life-changing experience; all my identifications, all my attachment, and my past were flushed away from me. The Sergei I thought I was, died that day. Words like freedom and love got a whole new meaning. It felt like I was nothing, yet everything I could perceive was the same as “I” in its essence. Weirdly enough, although that way of being was new, simultaneously, there was some strange familiarity about it. It was like I knew this way of being from before.
That day, empty of all ideas about myself and full of joy, I knew I was going to dedicate the rest of my human life to sharing this knowledge, simply because I couldn’t find anything more meaningful to do.
A few years later I found myself with a backpack across India and Thailand, practicing different yoga styles from various teachers, with even greater dedication. After all these years of researching and studying, nothing attracts me as much as non-duality (Advaita Vedanta) and its modern teachers. It is the purest teaching and the shortest way to self-realisation.
Nowadays, I dedicate my life to helping people improve their quality of life, and live a fulfilling life – free of suffering. I help people to develop professionally to their full potential. I help individuals heal by rediscovering their true Self, the forgetfulness of which is the root cause of most of our mental and emotional problems.
I do this by leading guided meditations, conversations, breathing techniques, and many other practices that have helped me on my path.
I’m open to connect with anyone interested to join my groups or collaborate individually or professionally.
