Improving your life through
Self-enquiry
It is a holistic approach that includes breathing techniques, meditation, therapeutic conversations, and physical exercise that is carefully tailored for each individual. Helpful for people who want to improve and grow in any segment of life, as well as people who are struggling with the modern-day lifestyle. I introduce many practices and tools which will help you to deal with these challenges, which might range from anxiety and depression to living in constant fear, worry, or discontentment.
Anyone who has stayed long enough on this past of self-enquiry has felt a tremendous increase of enthusiasm and enjoyment, as well as deep stillness and contentment.
Is it for me?
The people who approach me for individual classes are either searching for a better quality of life, or there is something that prevents them from enjoying a fulfilling and happy life. In both cases there is some kind of a mental obstacle that they have reached, but most of the time people either don’t notice it, or if they do, they don’t know what to do with it.
I have the talent to ask the right questions so that we can discover these obstacles, and with my experience in spirituality and psychology, I help people understand why are these obstacles there in the first place, and then guide them to overcome them.
This process usually includes some or all of the following: therapeutic conversations, breathing techniques, yoga as well as other types of movement, and most importantly meditations tailored for the individual.
How?
Through the sessions, you will get to understand what is happening in your inner world. We’ll get to the root of the problem or what prevents you from becoming the best version of yourself. By using breathing techniques, we calm down the mind and the nervous system, to then later de-identify with the thinking mind during meditation. This de-identification might sound strange to some, but once understood correctly, it is the most potent tool we have to stop being in the grips and the mercy of our mind.
As Einstein said – “No problem can be solved with the same level of consciousness that created it”. This de-identification with the mind is the raising of consciousness above the thinking mind, where an intelligence far greater than the one of thought awaits us. When this intelligence is awakened, the obstacles disappear by themselves.
